Le Plateau Mont Royal, MONTRÉAL

Last week I went for  a walk in Plateau Mont Royal, a borough (arrondissement) in the city of Montréal.   The borough is bordered to the west by Park Avenue (Avenue du Parc) and facing Mont Royal, hence its name Plateau Mont Royal.   It is known for its houses with outside stairs and many cafés and funky stores.

  1. ganz tolle Bilder. Wirklich eine zauberhafte Stadt – wenn sie nur nicht so weit weg wäre, ich wäre schon da!! Wirklich traumhaft. Da möchte man gerne leben. Schöne Häuser, schöne Aufgänge, schöne Parks – und ein knopfiger Hund.

  2. it is a very popular area in Montreal. In summer these balconies are decorated with all kinds of plants and flowers. I will take more photos in summer. I am glad you like the photos.
