My little Urban Jungle

Ever since the book “Urban Jungle” has hit the shelves it seems that people have gone crazy about plants.  You see more and more homes packed with plants.  Sometimes more plants than furniture where you think you are in a real jungle.  Just have a look at Instagram and you will be amazed the homes you will see.

But plants have been around for a long time.  Even my grandmother already had plants in her home.  There is something very nice about plants at home . They make the home look cozy, and they are also healthy because some plants release oxygen.  You can create your own little jungle anywhere in the house.  Around or near a window or in a room with lots of light.

I sometimes move the furniture around to give it another look and to place plants differently helps them grow

    wunderschön sieht es bei dir zuhause aus mit all den herrlichen Pflanzen, und die großen Fenster sorgen so schön dafür, daß der Raum lichtdurchflutet ist, für die Pflanzen ja sehr wichtig. Du hast es wunderschön harmonisch auch von den Farben her, und deinen beiden vierpfotigen Gefährten Misty und Bo scheint das ganz offensichtlich auch sehr zu gefallen.
    Ich mag Pflanzen in der Wohnung sehr und hab auch viele, und ich freu mich schon wieder auf unser “Outdoor-Zimmer” Balkonien, wenn jetzt das Frühjahr wieder beginnt. Danke für den schönen Einblick in dein gemütliches Zuhause, liebe Grüße senden dir

      Vielen Dank. Es freut mich, dass Dir mein Pflanzenreich gefaellt. Ja, im Fruehjahr und im Sommer ist es immer besser, wenn man die Pflanzen wieder rausstellen kann. Ich habe viel Geranien hier im Haus und die sehen nicht so gut aus wie draussen. Vor allem sehe ich keine Blumen. Auch, dass es so frueh dunkel wird hilft nicht. Aber trotzdem…freuen wir uns auf den naechsten Schub Schnee, der ja bald im Anmarsch ist.
