Lorraine, Quebec

Lorraine is an off-island suburb of Montreal on the north shore of the Rivière  des Mille-îles.  In the upper part of Lorraine you will find big mansions and Million Dollar homes, while the lower part has lovely smaller houses and bungalows.  In the middle there is a shopping center and a school and there is a golf course next to the lower part of Lorraine.  Since I do not live so far away I went and took some pictures.

  7. Lorraine ist ein sehr edler und wunderschöner Stadtteil. Es gibt keinen vergleichbaren bei uns hier oder in München. Solch beeindruckende Villen, so großzügige Parks und Gärten – einmalig!

  8. Es ist ein Vorort von Montreal. Eigentlich eine Neubaugegend, wo man diese grossen Häuser so baut. Weiter unten im Ort sind die Häuser kleiner und auch sehr schön und auch billiger. Ich denke schon, dass es in München ähnliches gibt. Halt anders.
